In 2010, there was an organizational re-structuring at NeuroScience Canada (previously "The NeuroScience Canada Partnership" and "NeuroScience Canada Foundation").  The NeuroScience Canada Foundation has been transformed into the Brain Canada Foundation, with the NeuroScience Canada Partnership remaining as a separate entity.

The NeuroScience Canada Partnership is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a national brain research program.

The Brain Canada Foundation (known as "Brain Canada") is focused on raising funds for brain research in support of the national brain research program developed by the Partnership.

We are deeply proud of our success in raising and disbursing funds to support multidisciplinary, multi-institutional, collaborative research through the Brain Repair Program model that was initiated by NeuroScience Canada and that has been championed by the science community around the world. We look forward to more research breakthroughs in the years ahead.
