A Ride to Remember is a start-up fundraiser now in its third year that collects monies to support research and clinical care towards Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Through the event, every dollar that our cyclists fundraise goes towards our partner, the Brain Canada Foundation. A modest registration fee, and our generous corporate sponsors cover the costs of running the event.

This year, A Ride to Remember will be held on Sunday, August 4, starting in Lachute, Qc (which is close to Montreal). Our 125 kilometer route mostly follows the provincially designated bike path, the Route Verte 1, heading toward the Ottawa area. The finish line is at Gatineau’s Park Moussette, which has a beach along the Ottawa River, overlooking Parliament Hill.
