The amount of the match can vary but is often a 1:1 ratio (if you donate $100, your employer will donate an additional $100). Some companies may offer a higher ratio, such as 2:1 or even 3:1.

The process varies by company, but typically involves filling out a form provided by your employer. This may be available online through your company’s intranet or from your human resources department.
