Montreal integrated neuropsychiatric cohort: Identifying subtypes of Autism and Schizophrenia integrating genomics, endophenotypes, and cohorts of high-risk genetic variants

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and schizophrenia (SZ) are two psychiatric conditions that affect approximately 2% of the general population. Genetic studies have identified mutations in hundreds of genes associated with ASD and SZ.

A national coordinating neuroinformatics framework for autism and related conditions

New approaches in neurodevelopmental research increasingly seek to integrate enormous amounts of data through sophisticated informatics so as to determine the relationship between genotype and phenotypes, both structural and functional, as they change over time during development.
