Monthly Draw - Brain Canada Tuque
CONTEST RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to any individual legally residing in Canada who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Excluded are:
Employees of Brain Canada,
Members of Brain Canada’s Board of Directors,
Representatives, agents, or individuals residing in the same household as any of the above.
No purchase or donation required.
2. HOW TO ENTER
Participants must complete and submit the official survey distributed by Brain Canada (including new supporters and donors, Brain News subscribers, and existing donors).
One (1) entry per person per monthly period is permitted.
Entry is free of charge.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
Each monthly entry period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
Brain Canada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the monthly contest at any time and without notice, including if it is no longer advertised or promoted.
The contest begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on May 31, 2027.
4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Subject to the foregoing, during each monthly period, one (1) winner will receive:
One (1) official Brain Canada tuque.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $16.24.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. DRAW
A random draw will be conducted within five (5) business days following the end of each monthly period from all eligible entries received during that period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the period.
6. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
The selected participant will be contacted by email within five (5) business days following the draw.
To be declared a winner, the selected participant must:
• Respond to the email within five (5) business days of receipt,
• Confirm eligibility,
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (a legal requirement in Canada).
Failure to respond within the prescribed time may result in disqualification and a new draw may be conducted.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected through the survey and contest will be used solely in accordance with Brain Canada’s privacy policy and applicable privacy laws (including Quebec’s Law 25).
Survey results allow Brain Canada to better understand its supporters and their main areas of interest. Future communications may be informed by the interests identified.
Brain Canada may contact participants to follow up on their survey responses.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
This contest is subject to all applicable laws in Canada and, where applicable, the laws of the participant’s province or territory of residence.
